At the main council meeting held on 10th August 2011 The Mayor, Councillor Graham Perry presented the 'Retired Mayor's Badge to Councillor Martin Cooper who was Mayor in 2010/11.

At the August Council meeting Councillor Martin cooper was presented with his 'Past Mayor's Badge' by the current Mayor Councillor Graham Perry. The award had been delayed due to an oversight.
